Take Weigh Enjoy

No-fuss buffet style dining which is paid by weight. vegan and vegetarian items are well indicated, so there is no problem with accidentally consuming dairy/eggs.

good concept over all, nice window view of the kafka statue

nice food

I have been here for a first time and I must say it is quite nice place and there is enought options for vegetarians and vegans. Only thing I did not like was not friendly staff.

decent food at good price

The food was pretty tasty, but nothing exceptional. Staff wasn't overly attentive or helpful, but the food was cheap and that's what we were going for! Paid about 105 crowns for a very filling plate of food. And whatever is still available during the last hour of opening is 40 percent off.

Pros: cheap, comfortable, bathrooms

Cons: unfriendly staff

food was fine, but service was lacking

I'd already eaten at another one of their locations, twice, and the food at this location was equally good, but the service left a lot to be desired.

There's an outdoor area in the back which is away from the street so I liked that.

Good choice for a quick and filling lunch

Decent Indian food served on traditional metal plates, large buffet with pay-by-weight system (some items e.g. samosas per piece). Reasonably priced if not the cheapest one in Prague. For some reason I was more satisfied with this Dhaba Beas than some of the other branches that I've been to. I thought the food was fresh and the place was peaceful.

Pros: good location, tasty food, wide selection of buffet dishes

Good buffet!

Really nice place with a big buffet that was almost all vegan. All things vegan was marked vegan. The staff couldn't speak english so we didn't know what the price was, but by pointing we figured out that the price was depending on the foods weight.

Good Indian food

Good location in the center (there are more branches around the city), nice and clean. Food was excellent, not too spicy and in a form of a bufet. You pay for the weight: 20,90Kč/100g (aprox. 0,77 € - depends on the exchange rate), which is a reasonable price. There is diffrent food every day, always also a soup, salad and some dessert.

Pros: inexpensive food, friendly stuff , good location

Cons: descriptions rarely in English

Good Indian buffet.

Really convenient as it was right by our hotel. Food is priced per 100g, except for samosas/spring rolls which are separate at around 30 crowns per piece. Salad and soup available. Really good dhal and a nice mixed veg and tofu curry. Water jugs are on every table.
Cost around £7 for two adults.

Pros: Good curries, filling and not too spicy.

great food

It is a nice place for a quick lunch, very central, 2 min from metro. I had a very nice salat and some lentills, rice, sweet stuff and paid equivalent of 3 euro all together. water is for free.

Nice North-Indian food

Delicious Indian food, not spicy but well seasoned. Food is in buffetstyle, and you have to pay by weight, exept for some items like samosa, roti en sweets (like barfi). They offer some vegan and raw options, but for lacto-vegetarian it is paradise. Staff is friendly and tries to help you in their best English. After 8pm you get 40% discount. Restaurant is near metrostop Mustek, behind the Tesco mall just opposite of the 'moving silver head'-statue.

Pros: Inexpensive food, Nice atmosphere, Several options

Cons: Few English explanation

Poor value for cold food

Having been amazed by the prices and quality of veggie food in Prague we were very disappointed here. The staff were not friendly and the food was basic, plus there are optional extras that cost a lot more which are poorly marked. Plenty of better places to go.

Cons: Unfriendly , Food almost cold, Limited vegan options

Great cheap indian food

The place is very casual and relatively cheap, with a large buffet with many different options for both vegetarian and vegan food. Price is by weight of the tray you fill up.

Groovy Indian

Wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the buffet style is convenient and easy, due to language barrier reading the menu was a challenge, but the staff were friendly and able to point out the vegan options (which were quite a few).
Clean modern interior, with a simple uncluttered atmosphere. It's a shame they don't do a vegan lassi, one of the things I do miss.
Conveniently close to public transport.

Pros: Free water

Good central location

Good central location just of Narodni on quite an elegant street. The outside is quite impressive and inviting. It's very functional, nutritious and wholesome consisting of Indian style dishes with good emphasis on pulses. The menu of the day is only 95 CZK, which is a total bargain. Great to see a chain pf vegetarian places doing well and I hope this becomes a trend in all European cities in the future.

Pros: nutritious, cheap, healthy

Reasonably priced

Because of the language barrier, I wasn't always certain that I was actually getting vegan food. Sometimes a dish would be marked vegan, but usually only one dish would be marked and sometimes none at all would be marked (although when asked the staff would tell you that there were vegan options and might tell you which). This place was reasonably priced as far as I remember.

Pros: reasonably priced

Cons: vegan options not always marked

decent grab

Place has a nice atmosphere, very casual. Staff was very nice, but be prepared to do some guessing if you don't speak Czech. (We did just fine without knowing any) Some food was marked veganske, other dishes that looked vegan weren't marked. The food was pretty good and moderately priced. Lots of free water, which is always nice!

Pros: cozy, casual, pay by weight

Cons: wish their was more vegan signage

OK

Restaurant is situated convieniently behind Narodni Trida metro station, though at the moment it is unconvieniently right beside construction site so the views from windows aren't very appealing. The food is basic indian food. Free water.

Pros: open until late
