Plant powered fine dinning from the Levant - Edit
Dining at Delamina Townhouse as a vegan is a warm and flavourful experience, with enough variety to feel like more than just an afterthought. The menu is eastern Mediterranean with Tel Aviv influences, lots of fresh herbs, smoky vegetables, and inventive pairings that work well without needing meat or dairy.
Read moreYou’ll find plenty of vegan and plant-forward dishes clearly marked on the menu. Expect things like: Roasted aubergine with tahini and pomegranate; silky, rich, and well balanced. Cauliflower shawarma that’s deeply spiced, with charred edges and loads of texture. Heritage carrots with za’atar and harissa. Freekeh or bulgur-based salads, packed with herbs, nuts, and citrus Homemade flatbreads; ideal for scooping and sharing
Staff were very friendly and happy to adapt where possible.
The atmosphere is buzzy yet relaxed, we were a group of 11 and sat in their alcove room which creates a private dinning experience. There’s meat and fish options for friends who aren’t vegan, otherwise it’d be 5/5 stars. Highly recommended.
Pros: Vegan menu on request , Very friendly , Relaxed fine dinning
