Very nice hot pot in the centre

Very nice find conveniently next to a metro Piazza Vittorio exit. This place is a typical Szechuan "hot pot" restaurant, which means you get one or more different broths in which you cook various noodles and other ingredients. They are perfectly aware what vegans are and will get you what you need, the selection of ingredients is pretty good as well: various veggies, mushrooms and tofu variants. When we were there the "fake meat" ingredients were out - not sure they ever stock them.
If you get the vegetarian menu the broth is included and it will set you back 25 Euro.
Would recommend.

Pros: Good vegan selection, Nice accommodating staff

Wonderful experience

Staff was super friendly and helpful with selecting the broth. We had 3 different vegan soups (mushrooms, vegan ossobuco, and a spicy one). There are loads of vegan ingredients to choose from. Definitely go here if you want a break from the traditional Italian food.

Delicious, best food we had in Rome

Simply delicious.
If only I could i would give 5/5. I wish i knew about this place earlier.

It was my first time eating hot pot and it was a great experience.

There is a good variery of vegan ingredientes that you can choose creating your own soup (that's what we did)

As far as i understood there are two vegan base broths - vegetable one and mushrooms one.

Then you can choose from vegan dumplings, various tofu options (scratches, whole, fried etc), vegan meat, vegan 'donuts'(?) and also vegetables/ mushrooms ingredients of course, from which we highly recommend spicy cucumber!

Pros: Delicious, Atmospherical, Slow food

Authentic hot pots in the Eternal City

This Szechuan place serves “hot pots”: there is a bowl built into your table into which they place hot water, then they give you various items (veggies, tofu, noodles, etc.) which you place into the hot pot and fish out when ready. You can design your own vegan bowl, or order the special vegan bowl from the menu. The food is excellent here, and for a change of pace while in Rome, it can be nice to go to a fine non-Italian restaurant like this.
