Cat rescue located inside a houseboat on Amsterdam’s canals. By appointment, visitors can step inside the houseboat and interact with the cats, some of whom are special needs and cared for by the shelter. No fee, but donations are welcomed as this shelter is unsubsidized. Open Tue 13:00-15:00, Fri-Sat 13:00-15:00.

Amazing place - Edit
My partner and I visited De Poezenboot cat sanctuary while in Amsterdam and got to meet many of their amazing cats. They are very well cared for. We made a donation during our visit.
