Superb and fully open! - Edit
Small but perfectly formed! The welcome and portion sizes were both generous. The food itself was superb. We had the Piatto Completto for 20€ and the aubergine special for 6€. Ayurvedic cuisine with an Italian twist. Flavourful, home made farinata with poppadoms, sauces, rice and Dahl, battered thinly sliced potatoes and a courgette ‘stew’ made up the Piatto. Every mouthful was a culinary delight. Total for the meal plus water and 2 wines was 35€. The owners were friendly and knowledgable - nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Really good tapas plates and friendly staff. We also liked the italian craft beer available. The restaurant is located in a trendy neighbourhood close to the main train station where also many locals go out at night.
Read moreThe only downside is that they use disposable crockery, but this is generally the case in many places in Italy and probably also has logistical reasons (space, staff, ...).

Piccolo locale con tavoli alti e sgabelli, coperto essenziale insomma senza grandi pretese. Menù non particolarmente ampio, piatti internazionali con prodotti di qualità. Qualche piatto con gusto un po’ piatto per il mio gusto, ottimi invece i dolcetti - in generale buona esperienza per un pranzo o cena molto easy .

Era da un po' che volevo provare questo ristorante di recente apertura a Torino, nel cuore di San Salvario, e finalmente ne ho avuta l'occasione per un pranzo.

A pranzo avevano solo il menù fisso, quindi per quello abbiamo optato. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti: le porzioni sono giuste (non abbondanti ma nemmeno misere, ideali per un pranzo veloce che non appesantisce), i piatti belli da vedere e buoni da mangiare, i sapori equilibrati. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il NON eccessivo uso di sale come ahimè capita spesso in molti posti.
Il personale è gentile ma a tratti il servizio rallenta in quanto il personale è poco (da quel che ho visto sono in due e fanno tutto loro: cucina, servizio, cassa, etc.)
Prezzi nella media e comunque in linea con la qualità dei prodotti.

The location is nice. It's close to Porta Nuova. The food portions aren't that big. It seems like more of a place you go when you're not that hungry or for an appertivo.

Completely vegan restaurant that serves food from different cultures and cuisines. I was there for New Year and the courses were tasty and varied, especially the mixed starter. The owners are super nice, kind and take their time explaining every single dish and ingredient. Highly recommended!

Esperienza fantastica in questo ristorante totalmente vegano! Ho mangiato come rare volte nella mia vita! Sapori nuovi e particolari con prodotti come i formaggi, il pane di vari gusti e molto altro fatto proprio da loro, si sente la freschezza e la genuinità delle portate. Lo staff, composto da una ragazza che ha una vastissima conoscenza culinaria e un ragazzo impeccabile ai fornelli, è stato molto accogliente, gentilissimo e premuroso, in un baleno hanno portato tutti i piatti spiegandomi tutti gli ingredienti. Se passate a Torino è il posto perfetto per mangiare sia a pranzo che a cena, a due passi dalla stazione!
