Great food, awesome accommodations - Edit
I came here for my birthday and the server was super helpful and honest (said the tasting menu was not good value if modified vegan). He worked with us to help assemble a broad ranging dinner and it was excellent.

They make tons of vegan options - ask for the tasting menu. I go back here all the time and it never disappoints. Get the truffle fried rice and Burmese tofu, which is chickpea rather than soy-based.
