Quick snack by the station - Edit
Convenient stall located at the market area outside Kings Cross station. Only had a handful of vegan options when I stopped by, but the chocolate donut I had was very tasty, not overwhelmingly sweet and good dough. Great to have for a bite while on the go.

Happened upon the stall outside King’s Cross and I couldn’t resist. I was unsure of what option to get, so the vendor offered me a buy one get one free offer…which soon turned into a buy two get one free once I started choosing! Nevertheless, a free donut is a free donut so it was still a kind gesture. However, I had to battle to get the options I wanted as the vendor insisted I try a specific flavour rather than what I wanted! I preserved and got a Coconut Pineapple, Cinnamon Swirl and Vanilla Glaze. All three were superb but I would say the order they are written is the order of preference.

They had several vegan options when I visited and I went for the lime & coconut. I’m not sure how much it cost as I was working and got it for free but it was really delicious! The dough was lovely and soft and the flavour was really nice.

This place is part of the outdoor market located in front of the Kings Cross station. They have a bunch of vegan donut offerings; I had a mango jelly donut, quite a tasty treat indeed. You will need self control not to just buy all the flavors and pig out!

Fantastic market vendor with such a creative and wide selection of clearly labelled vegan options. I got the dark chocolate truffle donut, which was so fresh, soft and moreish. Truly divine. Staff were really helpful and friendly too.

Crosstown is very popular among locals and each venue offers many vegan options, which makes it very hard to choose just one (that is, if you are trying to limit sugar intake...if not, go crazy and order all the vegan doughnut flavors!!!).
Read moreAll of Crosstown's doughnuts are made with sourdough, which isn't my thing, but many people seem to love this, so give them a try and see if you like them. I typically lean towards their coconut custard filled doughnuts and the chocolate doughnuts...they are very decadent! As I've eaten at several Crosstown Doughnuts locations across London, it's safe to say the product and service is always consistent and high quality, you can't go wrong here.

Crosstown Traffic - Edit
What a perfect way to be greeted after stepping off the train at KGX on a market day. A truly delightful selection of vegan doughnuts awaits outside. At £3.95 they’re not cheap but the luxurious ingredients and creative imagination that goes into each one makes it worth every penny. After much deliberation we opted for lime and coconut. Breathtaking.
