First, the waitress was very nice and informative of the menu. She said it is common to get pizza half and half. Usually kitchen staff out right refuse to do this, so of course we jamp at the opportunity! Our pizza was a spinach and olive/red pepper, chorizo. They even make their own cheese and it was amazing. We also sampled an empanada which was delicious

They suggested a half & half pizza so we could try two different pizzas and just the same, fresh and bold flavors. The texture of the cheese is perfection. We will be back soon!! ❤️

The three of us ordered 2 pizzas and 3 empanadas, and it was more than enough food. We could have taken some to go but it was too good to not eat it all! The owner was very kind and informative. Would definitely come back and try more things on the menu! They only opened a year ago, go support them in their coral restoration projects, it’s a win win for everyone! They had 4 different pizza cheese/bases with an excellent crust and all local ingredients (other than the dough flower straight from Naples)!

This vegan pizzaria is truly the best vegan pizza I have ever had. The house made cheese is so delicious. The flavors are wonderful. I also tried the empanada with basil and tomato omh heaven! The pina drink is so refreshing!

As someone who rarely eats pizza in the UK, this is a testament to how good it is. Their crust is just done so well.
Overall in our 12 night stay we went 4 times and it everytime it was so good. They also have really refreshing drinks on the menu.
The owner is so passionate with watch she does and so knowledgeable, and is also into coral restoration which just warms my heart cause you know she really cares.

This spot is hands down - the BEST vegan pizza I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Screw that. The best pizza period. Their ingredients are incredibly high quality, their staff are a glorious, diverse, affirming bunch. This is a safe, celebratory place where people care about their mission and veganism. They are working to restore the coral reefs so get your butts there and eat ALOT. It’s not hard. You’ll want to spend the day here😄

Really can’t fault any of the food here as it’s all really good! We ate here twice and had empanadas, pizzas and desserts both times.
Read moreI really like the way you can order half and half pizzas as standard. Don’t think you can go wrong ordering any of the pizzas but I really enjoyed the Green Reef as it was a little unusual.
The restaurant has nice outdoor seating and the service is really good too.

Found this place by accident after another place I was heading to was closed. I had the Pepperoni pizza. The crust was lovely, but I wasn’t a fan of the homemade cheeze - very strange texture, almost like it’s curdled like cottage cheese. I much prefer a proper pizza sauce base, these have a chopped tomato base which lacks flavour and can make the pizza soggy. I also had the coconut mousse for afters, it wasn’t really a light, airy mousse but more hard cheesecake and was still pretty frozen. I liked the ethics of the business and the staff were really nice, the food for me though could be better.

The sundried pizza wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but that was probably because I wasn't very hungry and only had two small slices, however the first time I had the empanadas I really enjoyed the onion ones, not much the soy empanadas. The drinks I must say are amazing!!

If you’re vegan and craving pizza, this place will be beyond satisfying. The staff are all so kind and have amazing energy. The food was so good my mouth is watering remembering it. My hubby and I eat pizza here as often as we can. The food is incredible. All vegan and options for gluten-free crusts that don't taste gluten-free! They will even make half and half pizzas, so hubby can get his fav- spinach and vegan cheese, and I get my fav - sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and almond cheese. We always leave happy and satisfied. They have an orange, passionfruit juice drink that is delicious too. Can rave enough about Coral Pizza 10/5 stars for them! A must if you are vegan/vegetarian/glute-free...just eat here!

The pizzas and empanadas were so delicious!! We had cold pizza for breakfast the next morning and it was amazing the second time as well. The coconut mousse dessert is to die for!! Will definitely be going back before we leave Playa Del Carmen. Excellent service, excellent food, and delicious fresh drinks too. It’s a must to visit if you’re vegan or otherwise. My partner is not vegan and he loved it as well. We both can’t wait to go back.

Their herb and spice combinations are thoughtfully expressive. The crust has a delightful airy crunch, yet is filling.
