More Vegan than Meets the Eye! - Edit
The food here is DELICIOUS! Sammy’s are hot, gooey with melted cheese, flavorful…. Good job on the selection of veg choices and analogues.

Many vegan options; it is very good. I had the tofu scramble with mushrooms and brussels sprouts, plus plain bagel with vegan cream cheese, and a sugar donut. Everything was really tasty. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic vegan breakfast - Edit
Everything but the omelets can be made vegan by subbing in tofu scramble and vegan cheese. The chef genuinely cares about serving everyone, so don't think you're getting a second-rate version. It's just to simplify the menu.

Good breakfast sandwich including vegan cheese. Tofu seasoned nicely. Sweet potato hash is tasty. Good coffee too.

The vegan bagel breakfast sandwich with just egg and vegan sausage was delicious but not worth $21. They need to adjust their pricing for vegan options.
