Removed most vegan options, bad coffee. tread lightly - Edit
Based on previous descriptions and reviews it would appear this place once had a much wider variety of vegan options or substitutes. As of March 2026 they only have a hummus sandwich and a single green smoothie. Got a regular hot coffee and wow it was TERRIBLE but they do have oat milk. I don’t mean like “cheap coffee” or “gas station coffee” bad, I mean it tasted like citrus Lysol.

In Chicago for 3 days, hit Collectivo 3 times. Really good coffee. Outstanding vegan breakfast sandwich with just egg and impossible sausage. Good oatmeal with oat milk if you are feeling healthy. If you are not, tasty vegan ginger cookies.

I can't speak to their food, I only stopped in for a coffee but it was real mediocre. I don't know what brand of oat milk they use but my late was the opposite of creamy. They charge for plant milk as well.
