Bonnes options vegan - Edit
Tres cool pour partager des assiettes. Les plats sont plutôt travaillées et le staff peut recommander facilement les options vegan. Pensez à réserver 👌🏻

Amazing flavors and sweet staff - Edit
We had the aubergine, braised tofu with hummus and the tomato and peach salad for two people. I was really impressed with the taste and freshness, it was lovely! The staff was a bit chaotic but super friendly and sweet. Good to know though: not everything is vegan and they also served a fish dish, so be sure to ask what’s vegan. Great food!

Decent food but poor experience - Edit
We reserved a table for two at a summer evening, which was essential because it was quite crowded. There were too few waiters for the crowd and it took quite some time before we could order, but we did immediately get a bottle of tap water for the table.
Read moreThe menu does not clearly label which dishes were vegan so we had to ask the waiter. Once ordered it took quite some time before we got our food, and our drinks were even forgotten so we had to remind the staff. There was a mixup with our order and we got one incorrect dish which clearly had anchovies in it we didn't order, and one waiter then started an argument that this was indeed the dish we ordered. Luckily this was quickly resolved by his colleage and we got one of our drinks on the house because of this.
Portions are relatively small but also vary widely per dish, but all dishes cost about the same (10-13 €). Some dishes are worth this price, but others aren't.
Apparently also serves dishes with anchovies, so it is not a completely vegetarian restaurant.
Pros: Tasty and good food, Free tap water provided without asking for it, Location
Cons: Small portions relative to the price, Unclear labeling of vegan dishes, Poor service when busy

Nice people, be sure to double check which dishes are vegan - Edit
The people in this restaurant are among the nicest I met anywhere in France! It’s a great restaurant with a great location near the beach.
Read moreOnly complaint is that they should be a bit clearer on the menu which items are vegan and offer more vegan dishes. Read the dish descriptions carefully to avoid accidentally ordering something with cheese
Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, Nice location, Seasonal menu of made from scratch dishes
Cons: Need more vegan options, Need to clearly identify vegan vs non vegan, Had bad luck choosing the wine

Good vegetarian food, great location - Edit
Great to find vegan/veggie food in a central place. I had the marinaded tofu sandwich, which was OK. I felt the tofu was a bit too thick, so the middle was not very flavoured. Otherwise I liked the meal.

Unique and cosy - Edit
Close by the beach. We had the polenta, the tartine and patatas boom boom. All were really really good and topped by unique sauces. Would recommend going there - especially in comparison to all other vegan friendly places in Marseille - worth it taking the extra miles.

Magnifique - Edit
Amazing food, great vegan options (think they might have been plant based - very fresh), fab service. We picked 3 vegan plates all were very different and flavoursome .

Delicious fresh flavours - Edit
We had three of the four vegan options tonight. The aubergine lasagne was delicious. Hot and flavoursome. The galette seemed to be potato based topped with lots of chopped cooked veg with delicious flavours and textures. The potato dish was citrusy and herby. Served with bread and water and I had a glass of wine. We were advised to order 4 dishes for two of us. We were too full to try desert. Not sure what vegan deserts were on offer. The staff are friendly and helpful and spoke good English while allowing us to practice our simple French. The decor is very casual. Going for a beach vibe I think. Would recommend.

Twin of Mariposas restaurant of Cours Julien, it offers cakes, salads and plats du jour for lunch. I tried the thai salad and the bun: really good!
