Ok - Edit
Had the tomato risotto; it was OK for sustenance. Its frontage is on the outside, around the corner to the right of the skytree main entrance.

It's true that the staff can't speak English but they're really kind. The food is good and the environment in the restaurant is cute.

After making sure it was vegan, I ordered the tomato risotto. Although communicating in English was difficult, the food was amazing! The atmosphere was also quite nice. We did go there rather late, so there weren’t a whole lot of other people there.
