Dedicated vegan menu, not great value. - Edit
I really appreciate the fact they have a dedicated vegan menu. It has selections for every type of dish and preferences. It makes it very easy to find tasty selections. I was disappointed with the value for the meal. I had the spicy udon, which tasted great and was a good portion size. It was frustrating that there was actually little tofu or veggies in the dish. A lot of noodles. If they added more tofu this would be a great dish.

Delicious sushi - Edit
Vegan menu and great atmosphere. The bowls, salad, rolls, all clearly called out. It is the best sushi place I’ve visited in Charlotte.

I tried the crispy edamame spring rolls and mango summer rolls, both of which were delicious. I liked that vegan items were easy to find on the menu. I hope to return to try some other menu items!

The food and service here is always good. I like the vegan spring rolls and the spicy udon. However, I am only giving 3 stars because as of October 2021, this restaurant does not pay its servers a living wage.

I love Co. My non-vegan husband wanted to go and I looked at the menu beforehand and fell in love. We had the Edamame Gyoza, and I had a ramen bowl that had veggie broth and was totally vegan! Their tofu is delicious! Will definitely be going again.

Excellent Vietnamese food - Edit
We have enjoyed the bun xao salad, the spicy udon noodles, and the bahn mi a couple of times now. The food is fresh and tastes great. Love the ambiance there too.
