First of all it’s not a bakery. Second, it is part of a chain of restaurants which has been removed from Happycow (quote: « Removed June 2022, not enough vegan options. Vegetarian choices don't seem able to be modified. Better choices in the area.« ). They only have ONE vegan option. See below the links that were removed of other locations:

Those listings were removed over 3 years ago when there weren't vegan options available. This venue does, in fact, offer a vegan empanada. Their offerings must have changed from previous years. The submission has been approved because the menu is small and only includes empanadas. Additionally there is currently only one other venue in our directory that offers vegan empanadas in Paris.
