Bit of a tourist trap

It seems to be that it depends who serves you as to what vegan items you are informed of. Initially served by a woman who I don’t think understood vegan and asked a colleague to serve instead who took our order without a problem.
Only vegan item spotted on the menu was the chocolate gelato. Went inside and saw a croissant and cake on display which were both vegan. Soy milk as an option wasn’t detailed on the menu either and only knew it was through other reviews.
The croissant was truly nothing special, I would expect the same quality from a standard chain coffee shop like Starbucks or costa.
Soy iced latte was extremely watered down with only a hint of the coffee flavour coming through
I wouldn’t even say this is a good option when looking for somewhere to accommodate both vegans and non-veg eaters as my partner said his non-vegan food and drink was just average.

Pros: Nice view of the Galleria when sat outside

Cons: Food and drink quality

Disappointing

I came hoping for something vegan to eat. Unfortunately, the waiter said there was nothing. Three flavours of ice cream are vegan.
Once inside, I discovered that vegan croissants and carrot cake were on the menu. It turned out that the advert was wrong and there were no vegan croissants.
There was also no vegan milk to be found.
No Recommendation

Pros: Small Vegan carrot cake , Vegan icecream (3 Choices)

Cons: No vegan croissants , Confused waiter, No plant-based milk

Style Over Substance

A flashy and bustling spot just off the main Duomo plaza, I had hoped that its popularity was an indication that it would offer up some decent options. My hopes were further raised when I spied a vegan croissant and a vegan carrot carrot amongst the sea of other items in the display cases, as well as a vegan gelato on the ice menu. Sadly, this is where my excitement petered out. It’s not the pastries themselves were awful, they just were great, and the gelato lacked any real smack of chocolate and had quite an odd, almost gelatinous texture. Also, the iced soya latte was very forgettable.
It’s an option in the area, that’s about as positive as I can be, overall.

Nice!

Adjacent to the duomo, the galleria and La Scala, the location can't be beaten. Pastry was descent, cappuccino really good 👍🏼

Pros: Great location , Vegan options

Not fabulous

There were 3 vegan gelato flavors. The dark chocolate was ok but the fruit- strawberry and raspberry were flavorless. Just frozen sugar. You can get amazing vegan fruit gelato in Italy. Just not here. But it’s better than nothing.

Pros: The chocolate, Some vegan options

Cons: Not great quality

Treat, but few vegan options

Nice as a treat but a struggle to find actual vegan options, beyond the well-advertised plant based chocolate gelato.

Pros: Delicious

Great spot

Really glad to have found this place for a nice rest and good food. I had some carrot cake and sorbet which were both delicious.
The menu didn't have the vegan options on but the staff were helpful about the choices.

Pros: Plenty of options , Tasty food

Cons: Vegan options not on the menu
