Another excellent meal - Edit
This was our second visit as I really wanted to try the Sunday roast and I wasn’t disappointed because it went above and beyond my expectations, the taste and texture of the “beef” wellington was just perfect and the extra side of cauliflower “cheese” was magical.

Always great - Edit
Great food, great staff, always busy but with chilled vibes. Generous portions, and great to know that no matter what you ask for it's always just gonna be plant based. Love it.

Amazing place - Edit
This is one of my all time favourites places! I've been here several times (for food 3 times & for an event 1 time), the food & drinks here are so high quality. The aesthetic is just perfect, super fun, interesting, unique, inspiring and quirky, so much to look at! I have always had superb customer service, helpful, friendly staff. Cannot recommend enough.

“THE MCRIB IS BACK” - Edit
Church is a local spot for us that we’ve visited many times over the years. However, when I noticed they’d put their ‘pickle rib’ sandwich onto their permanent menu (a veganised McRib) I knew we had to come back. We were not disappointed. The order comes with fries and you can ask for sauces free of charge - we opted for the syko sauce and chipotle mayo which were both delicious. Great service, atmosphere, drinks and food. Church nails it every time.

Brilliant. - Edit
There seem to be few vegan only places in Sheffield so it was great to visit this place. A large historic warehouse converted into a restaurant and bar. The decor and ambience is rebellious, irreligious, defiant. Exceptional service.
Read moreThe menu comprises some fast food options (burgers doners koftas) and also has some impressive salads.
Impressive drinks menu with a range of classic and innovative cocktails. Mocktails and wines too.
Good value for money.

Lively Fun - Edit
Big space, full of the young darlings of Sheffield having fun on a Saturday night. We had the sharing nachos, the frazzle burger and ma-donner. Food was really great, tasty and on the nose. Menu exciting. Good choice of beers. Loud, but enjoyable.

Great atmosphere, even better food. - Edit
Genuinely believe the photos don’t do this place justice! The food is brilliant, I ordered the ‘chicken’ wings and the mushroom calamari with a burger each. I was driving so had a few mocktails & again, perfect! Would definitely recommend. Dog friendly too!

Even non-vegans will enjoy! - Edit
Recently moved to Sheffield and my mum wanted a Sunday roast. She's not vegan but will try anything so we went to Church and she loved it which I think is always a great compliment if a carnivore loves a vegan place. We both had the beef wellington (pre book if you want the roast) which was very meaty, but other options were available. The portions are generous but we still squeezed in dessert- mum had a sponge cake which was lovely and moist and light, whilst I had a ginger crumb cheesecake (also very pleasant). The waitresses were also really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Mum would happily go back so no doubt we'll be back again soon!
Read moreEdit: We did go back again the following week and this time took my Dad who was also really impressed. We had the smaller Sunday lunch portions this time so had more room for dessert- can confirm that the brownie sundae and the sticky toffee pudding are delicious.

Fantastic for large groups and Sunday roast - Edit
I booked this place for 20 people and they were super good, and the Sunday roast was fantastic! Would really recommend this place if you're wanting to find a plant based for a party. Also great if you're going in smaller groups, I've been many times and it's always fantastic for food and atmosphere

Probably the best vegan food I've had - Edit
The menu is always interesting, seasonal, and above all else amazingly tasty. I find any excuse to travel here, or make a diversion to go here on trips. The menu is well thought out and interesting, the cocktails are amazing, and the options for unique beers are just unmatched. It's a fun, welcoming environment, with such a distinctive theme. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cool vibes, okay food - Edit
I think Church has a really cool vibe - the decor is on brand and well thought out. I've also had some really nice cocktails from there. However, I've never really felt that the food brings anything different to the table. We went recently when they were doing Kentucky fried cactus as this seemed more interesting than the normal menu. It was nice, although I found it a little too salty. The normal menu just doesn't massively interest me, sorry Church!
