Good vegan options

Had a tofu udon noodle dish which was very nice. I was told by staff that their sauces contained no fish- or oyster sauce, but plant based alternatives instead. Other options included vegan rice paper rolls, a vegan sushi plate and a lot of vegan sides, such as edamame and kimchi.
