Vegetarian dishes without imagination - Edit
I had a Gnocchi gratin which was neither very tasty nor had a nice texture. It would be great to offer more tasty and creative vegetarian dishes, especially when advertising explicitly on "veggie friendly". How about some smoked tofu, or vegetarian gravy ?

Bellissimo locale - Edit
Bistrot elegante situato nel vecchio palazzo delle Poste. Vale la pena andare a mangiare o a bere qualcosa anche solo per l'ambiente. Siamo andati mercoledì sera ed era tutto pieno, ci hanno fatto accomodare al bar per mangiare ma è stato comunque piacevole. I camerieri sono molto gentili e professionali. Ci sono pochi piatti vegani/vegetariani, ma la qualità del cibo è ottima e la presentazione ben curata. Non abbiamo assaggiato i dolci perché erano molto cari, ma sembravano deliziosi.

Beautiful restaurant, service is quite open to vegans - Edit
Even though there may not be a huge selection of dishes for vegans here, I still think the restaurant is worth a visit. Especially if you are with someone who is not vegan or vegetarian, everyone will find something here. The service is very open when you ask for the dishes to be adapted for vegans. There is a large selection of drinks, but above all the ambience is wonderful and worth a visit for that reason alone.
