Veggies Done Right - Edit
Got here a little late and waited a bit for a seat. Chef Kenny was in the dining room greeting all the guests with his charming smile! We ordered some vegan siu mai, pork buns, and another steamed mushroom peanut bun to start. All very tasty! I ordered the Buddha Delight and I think those were the best veggies I've ever had. The brown rice served along woth it was good enough to eat alone! Others in my group ordered the orange chicken and crispy steak which were also outstanding. For desert we had the tarts which were a simple, not too sweet treat ro end off with. Would definitely recommend to vegans as the options and this asian spot range farther than tofu stir fries and curries!

Excellent meal! - Edit
We had the orange chicken, chow mein, wontons, and fried chicken (appetizer). All were excellent. Service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely be returning. And just have to say, felt so good to eat at a cruelty free establishment where everything on the menu was ok to eat!

Super Fresh Vegan Japanese Cuisine - Edit
Sushi is my favourite so I was delighted to find this gem. Such a wide selection to choose from. Plenty of Sushi and hot dishes. The orange chicken was the bomb. My husband (non vegan) could not tell it was vegan and ordered it several times as we went back. He still talks about it! Can't wait to visit again.

One of the best. - Edit
One of the best all vegan restaurants I have ever eaten at. Everything you order there is fresh and delicious. We were there on a weekday, and it was full of tourists and locals. It's a can't miss stop. I suggest Getting there by quarter to 6pm.

Delicious and huge menu - Edit
Delicious food and a huge menu to choose from. We tried the pork buns, dumplings, spicy orange be'ef, spicy rispy beef, sweet and sour chick'n, general Tsao chick'n and custard tarts. All delicious but the chicken items were definitely all our favorites, as well as the tarts for me personally! We were a dlbit disappointed that none of the items labeled spicy were actually spicy. But still tasty. Service was good too. Would recommend!

3.5 Stars - Edit
Ordered the orange chicken and peanut vegan pork dumplings. The flavor and texture of the chicken were great, but I docked a point because there was an overpowering flavor of oil in the chicken. The dumplings were delicious!

Worth trying - Edit
I came here with some Omni coworkers and we tried a bunch of dishes: mushroom tofu wrap roll, steamed BBQ pork bun, Mongolian Beef, Braised tofu, Fried Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, Spicy Tuna Roll, Chive pancake, Lettuce wraps and curry duck. My favorites were the Mushroom tofu wrap roll and Braised Tofu, but also enjoyed the Mongolian Beef, spicy tuna roll and chive pancake. I was really disappointed they were out of turnip cakes but the Mushroom tofu wrap almost made up for it—great texture and savory flavor. The Mongolian beef seemed to be the crowd favorite. The curry duck was probably the least favorite. They really should have included a description. I didn’t expect a Japanese style curry and the duck was crispy and a bit dry. I was not a fan. Nobody liked the Black Pepper Beef either— too sweet— but good texture. Overall though it was a worthwhile experience. I would probably come here again if I come back to LV.

So good - Edit
The one problem is that there is too much to choose from. I highly recommend the cream cheese wontons. Also had the sexy roll which was delicious! The vegan fish in the sushi does not taste fishy- something I was afraid of. Highly recommend.

Just magic - Edit
Chef Kenny’s will be at the top of the list for every future visit to Vegas. Our table ordered General Tsou chicken, Kung Pao beef, bbq pork steam buns, veggie dumplings, California roll and Japanese ramen. Everything was stellar, but I could write a sonnet about the ramen. Someday I might. Pure magic. That is all.

Vegan Chinese Food - Edit
We went there after the show at The Sphere on Wednesday by Grab (around 40$ at 7.30pm +) and we called to make sure that they have a place for us.
Read moreIt was just like any other Chinese restaurant, but vegan and they serve dim sum. Portion was generous and dishes were served super fast. All of them delicious.
The servers were a bit busy, i think only 2 persons for the whole restaurant and the place was 70% full. I think because of this, they weren't very attentive, but they tried and they were courteous.
4 adults and 2 kids, it was like $130 including taxes and tips. We brought home one small box of left over. We gave the credit card to the waitress. She took the card to the counter for payment and came back with the receipt and said, the tips were already put into the credit card. I couldn't recall how much or percent she put, but it was a "right" amount.

One of the Main Reasons My Friends Go to Vegas - Edit
My friends and I tried this place last year even though only some of us are vegan, and now my entire friends group talks about it on a regular basis. Before we even book our hotels and flights now we make a promise to visit Chef Kenny's. The first time we went the waitress recommended the Korean BBQ Beef and we order it every time now. We went for dinner two nights in a row this week and the waitress asked us if it was a special occasion: no the food is just that good. The BBQ Pork Buns, Hot and Sour Soup, Cream Cheese Wontons, Korean BBQ Beef, Mongolian Beef, and General Tso's Chicken were the favorites. They have a delicious Thai Tea and last night we decided to have dessert. At the waitress' recommendation we got the black sesame cheesecake, their most popular flavor, and it was a perfect end to the meal. My friends are already sad that it'll be another year before we get to go back to Chef Kenny's. The staff are helpful, the food is fantastic, and being off the strip the prices are unbeatable for the amount and quality of food. Any time I go to Vegas I will make it a point to go back.

Great find in Vegas! - Edit
Great restaurant off the more touristy part of town. Dim sum was great, especially the pan fried pork and the prawn dumplings. Loved the cheesecake too. I found a couple of things a bit overwhelmed by sauce flavor (e.g. chow mein had too much sauce). Definitely would come here often if I lived in Vegas.

Huge variety but bland - Edit
The menu is all vegan and is full of dim sum items, soups, and main dishes. Everything was beautifully presented and looked delicious. The orange chicken was excellent. It was a bit less sugary than I'm used to, which was nice. The sesame balls (mochi) were great. I enjoyed the dumpling dipping sauce, and the brown rice was that wonderful multicolor short grain type.
Read moreThe other dishes we got were disappointing. I found the pan fried pork dumplings and shu mai to be quite bland. The hot and sour soup was indeed hot and also sour (in a strongly vinegary way), but it had little flavor other than that. I was expecting flavor notes of various mushrooms and perhaps also garlic or onion, but these weren't really detectable.
Next time, I will try different options on the menu, probably focusing on the main dishes and maybe trying a different soup.

Must try when in Vegas - Edit
We could only pick one fully vegan restaurant to try on our last trip due to time restriction and traveling with Omni family, but it was clear when asking fellow vegans and even non-vegan Vegas locals that Chef Kenny’s was the place to go & we agree! We had pan fried “pork” dumplings, sexy roll sushi, and king pao “chicken”, all of which were delicious. Certainly recommend!
