Parking is a bit difficult, but some free parking on the street. At the opening only accepting cash and PayPal. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-22:30, Fri-Sat 12:00-23:00, Sun 14:00-22:30.

Ich hatte die 2 (blumenkohlwings), 12 (süßkartoffelpommes), 17 (curry) und 19 (crispy tofu). Leider muss ich sagen, dass nur das Curry meine Erwartung getroffen hat, nicht überragend, aber stabiles Curry. Blumenkohlwings waren ungewürzt, die Pommes nur matschig und langweilig und das Crispy Tofu auch ungewürzt. Von allen Soßen war zu wenig da. Schade!

Das Essen ist super lecker und die Idee, alle Gerichte auch als kleine Tapas zu bestellen, gefällt mir besonders gut. So kann man sich wunderbar durch die Karte snacken und viele verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen ausprobieren.

We were there as a group of four and had made a reservation beforehand. I would definitely recommend that, because all tables were constantly occupied. The food arrived very quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long. Everything was nicely decorated and presented appealingly in the bowls.
Read moreTaste-wise, it was good and I was satisfied. I had the Udon bowl and two extra tapas. Our table was generously filled, and we were able to try a lot of different things.
What bothered me a bit in the end were the prices. The bowls are completely fair in my opinion, but the tapas are overpriced for what you actually get. Sometimes there’s barely anything on the plate, yet it costs almost €6. I think €4.50 would be more reasonable considering the portion size. Also, you can only pay in cash.
I would come back, but not regularly.

I particularly liked the #24 Atsui Udon!
Per person they suggest you order 3 Tapas.
I can highly recommend getting the
#19 crunchy tofu sticks,
#2 crunchy ball (cauliflower tempura), #16 green papaya (salad) and
#5 bao burger
I also had the Passionate Asian- Homemade lemonade which I really liked.
Sadly last time our reservation was lost somewhere but they tried their best to accommodate us even though the restaurant was already packed!
Make sure you make a reservation if you want to go in the evening.

CHAM hat echt eine super Auswahl zum probieren und durchsnacken. Wenn man nur die kleinen Tapas nimmt sollte man 3-4 Gerichte pro Personen je nachdem wie viel man vorher gegessen hatte (wir hatten vorher gar nichts gegessen und es war schon 14:30, da müssen es schon 4 sein 😂)

The starters and the normal pho were absolutely wonderful. However, the creamy pho was overly sweet and the noodles weren’t very good either… Maybe it depends on what you order. I was happy with my dish, my friend wasn’t.

Das Essen war grundsätzlich ganz lecker und ich freue mich über das Angebot. Trotzdem ist Luft nach oben. Ein gewisser Kick hat für meinen Geschmack gefehlt. Die veganen Garnelen waren im Vergleich zum restlichen Gericht bereits kalt und überhaupt nicht knusprig oder würzig. Das knusprige Cham‘s Pocket hat bei der Bowl denke ich gefehlt.
Read moreDas mit der Reservierung hat nicht ganz geklappt. Der nach längerem Warten dann bereitgestellte Tisch stand dann in der Nähe der Tür, sodass man wartende Gäste im Nacken hatte und es auch ungemütlich kühl wurde, weshalb auf den Nachtisch verzichtet wurde.
Die Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt.

Super tolle Option in Hannover - Edit
Wir haben hier vegane asiatische Kleinigkeiten im Tapas-Stil probiert und gleich eine ganze Auswahl bestellt. Jedes Gericht hatte seinen ganz eigenen Geschmack, war frisch zubereitet und liebevoll angerichtet – es war schwer, einen Favoriten zu bestimmen, weil einfach alles so richtig lecker war. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und gemütlich, auch wenn es durch die direkte Lage an der Straße zeitweise etwas lauter ist. Das wird aber durch das super nette, zuvorkommende Personal mehr als wettgemacht. Alles in allem ein toller Ort, um viele verschiedene vegane Optionen zu probieren und gemeinsam zu genießen.

Super tasty food in a cozy atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was simply delicious. We each had 3 of the tapas-style dishes and everything was super tasty. The food is varied and something different, for example there is a raspberry mayo dip and you can eat something you haven't had before in this way. Everything tasted excellent to us, but the portion sizes are rather small. The menu recommends 3 per person, but we could have eaten more to be really full. For the price, we could have had slightly larger portions. But the taste was great, we will definitely be back

The whole place, the setup, the menu and the reviews set very high expectations which could not quite be met to be honest.
Read moreWe chose a self-selected set of starters to share and some of them were really great but some others were only ok - tasted a little dull or only like crispy rice.
I was really looking forward to the vegan shrimps but in the end I couldn't even tell which dish the shrimps were supposed to be. That was quite sad.
All in all the place is something different indeed and something we don't already have in Hanover. Also it's all vegan which is always amazing. Plus I've only tried six of the starters yet and I'm honestly still curious to try the others 🙃
