Hearty and wholesome 4 course Chirstmas feast

We indulged in their 4-course set featuring an appetizer, main, beverage, and a slice of the Christmas Cake of the Day. The options were fantastic and the portions were generous!

You absolutely must try their ‘Crab Cakes’ - tender and juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and paired perfectly with their delightful dip. The Portobello and Walnut Salad was a refreshing combination, with perfectly grilled portobello adding a burst of flavor.

The Mushroom Medley Risotto, cooked with cashew cream sauce, was a flavor explosion with hearty chunks mushrooms, complemented by fried enoki mushrooms, grilled broccolini, and vine tomatoes.

Choosing a favourite among their Christmas cakes is tough! The Chocolate Matcha Slump Cake is a dream for chocolate lovers, rich and generously sized with a hint of matcha. Meanwhile, the Tinsel Speculoos Cheesecake is nutty, spiced, and coated with a delightful chocolate ganache – an absolute delight!

Their Christmas-themed drinks added the perfect festive touch to our meal.

Whole-Food Plant-Based Options

Omni eatery with several vegan options, labelled PB in the menu. The vegan items I ordered were healthy, unique, and great in taste, featuring whole foods rather than processed ingredients. E.g. Lion’s Mane Mushroom “Crab Cakes”, Plant-Based Crispy Pumpkin Polenta, Speculoos Tinsel Cashew Cheesecake. Nice ambience for gatherings, especially for groups with different dietary preferences (there are also several gluten-free options labelled in the menu). In addition, they have a Christmas delivery menu with vegan options as well; check out their website for the brochure showcasing dishes such as Vegan Meatballs in Curried Pumpkin Gravy.

Do note that the current 3/4-course Christmas sets have 1 vegan option for the mains, but no vegan options for the other categories such as starters. I personally found this slightly confusing and disappointing, as I had previously seen a wave of publicity posts online that seemed to suggest an array of vegan options for the 3/4-course Christmas set promo at this outlet in particular. What I later gathered / guessed was that some of the vegan items were available a la carte in the regular menu and/or available as Christmas specials only at other branches. Hopefully, this information can be communicated more clearly, or better yet a vegan-friendly 3/4-course Christmas set promo can be made available to the general public. Would also be great to see an improvement in the overall service, as staff members weren't the friendliest or most helpful when I asked about vegan options, and I waited 1 hour for the food to be served.

Nonetheless, I'm grateful that there are vegan options in the menu, and I'm always enthusiastic and supportive of vegan-friendly eateries. Looking forward to seeing the all-round experience match the quality and standard of the food offered. The vegan food itself was stellar (albeit pricey, especially without the set promo).

okay taste, overpriced

3.5 stars.
my experience here was alright. the staff were friendly and the food looked good. however, the dishes are definitely overpriced for its mediocre taste. not really a fan of the dim lighting but still the store looked pretty good.

i ordered:

1. portobello mushroom tofu 6.5-7/10
comes with quinoa, russet mash, walnut, mushroom, edamame, and tomato. looks great, taste was so so. portion was reasonable.

2. matcha cake 6.5-7/10
creamy cake, i’d call it a raw crustless pie. not exactly the orthodox sponge cake. disappointed by the very mild matcha flavour and overwhelming chocolate taste. looks great, tastes fine i guess.

overall i’d only visit if i were nearby and didn’t have any other vegan options. my experience was fair but overpriced.

Pros: vegan options , friendly staff

Cons: expensive , mediocre taste

Nice but overrated

The place is looking good and so does the food. But what you get for your money is too little.

Pros: The beetroot burger was nice., The tumeric Chai was hot and tasty, They nice looking bread.

Cons: To expensive for a burger without fries. , Sourdough toast was not what i expected
