Style Over Substance - Edit
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience. We ordered two matcha lattes with oat milk and explicitly asked while ordering whether the matcha was sweetened. This was clearly denied multiple times by the staff member at the counter.
Read moreWhen the drinks arrived, the color already suggested low-quality matcha, and the smell was unusual. After one sip, it was obvious that the matcha was in fact sweetened. I went back to the counter to clarify this again. At first, the staff member denied it once more, before finally admitting that the matcha is sweetened and stating that I should have explicitly asked for it unsweetened - which I had already done.
What made the situation particularly frustrating was the lack of accountability: there was no apology, no offer to remake the drink without sweetener, and no refund. The interaction felt dismissive rather than customer-oriented. For me, transparency and clear communication especially regarding ingredients are essential.
Aside from the interior, which is admittedly very nicely designed, there wasn’t much that convinced me to stay. Most of the visually appealing cakes were not vegan, except for lemon cake and banana bread. The Bánh Mì might be good, but after this experience my appetite was gone.
Overall, a disappointing visit due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of feedback.

Read moreEtwas schade das hier Self Service ist und es nicht direkt ersichtlich ist. Mitarbeiter waren ok. Nicht besonders freundlich, aber auch nicht unfreundlich. Zwischen 9 und 11 Uhr kosten die Banh Mi nur 5,50€. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder
