Caribbean warmth in Bethlehem! - Edit

The food is very satiating. Feels like you’ve escaped to Puerto Rico for a great meal. Vegan items are clearly marked on the menu. Highly recommend!

Authentic and delicious - Edit

The monfongo and trifongo were delicious. Just leave out the meat. Rice and beans are very authentic and so delicious. Entree comes with small side salad and choice of sauce for the monfongo. Highly recommend. Bean stew so good, got extra to take home!

Authentic Flavor - Edit

Classic mofongo (ordered without chicharrón / pork rinds) is vegan. It comes with a side salad and balsamic dressing. We also had the rice and beans. Very tasty and authentic.
