Coffee was really good and the burrito and muffin . pastry vegan options vary depending on what time you arrive . Drink my coffee black but they make oat and cashew milk there will try it next time

Omg what a hidden gem that I wouldn’t have known about if it wasn’t for Happy Cow!! Their vegan pop tarts are PHENOMENAL! It’s actually a flaky delicious pastry better than any pop tart I’ve ever had!

When we stopped by none of the baked goods in the case were labeled vegan, but the barista let us know that the donut was! We tried the donut and the chia pudding with our coffees and everything was delicious. Very cute little coffee shop in the lobby of a building, easily accessible and patio outdoors as well. Walking distance from the convention center

Went later in the day so I’m assuming that’s why there weren’t as many vegan baked goods to choose from but they were well marked and the blueberry muffin was delicious. My friend got a coffee (with cow milk) and loved it but I just stuck with the muff. I’d definitely go back earlier in the day to see what other offerings they have.

These people are awesome. If you love coffee- this is a good coffee shop that isn’t at all “corporate copies” of each other. Very different from most. Very casual.

The line at another coffee shop was hella long so I scanned Happy Cow for vegan coffee options nearby. This little shop was less than a block from the hotel where I was staying. They have several vegan pastries, some savory, some sweet; I got the prickly pear doughnut. It’s a cake doughnut with adorable pink frosting and gold star sprinkles. It was the perfect texture and freshness. I also got an oat milk latte with just a little sweetener. Even with an extra shot of espresso it was smooth and delicious. Super friendly staff and I love the walk-up order window.

This place was great. You walk up to the window to order and then there is a cute outdoor seating area. I had an oat milk cappuccino and the vegan cranberry pop tart. Both were outstanding!

Great coffee. Loved the vegan burrito option. Best was the vegan poptart. Just unbelievably good. I’ve had it two days running now and could gladly eat it every day forever. There are several other vegan pastries. Staff is knowledgeable and so, so nice.

Small place but great spot for coffee and a bite. The burritos are fresh and locally made. Almost all pastries are vegan — pesto scone, matcha blueberry pop tart, cocoa confetti cookie, jasmine peach loaf, German chocolate donut, etc.
