Read moreThey say all is freshly made, so there is no those plasticky cheese. Truly delicious. If you like spicy food, ask for their hot oil. It is amazing, olive oil with chilies - one of the best I ever tries.
In the evening, we had some drinks, and they got me the nicest bowl of olives and caper berries. Olives are amazing and in fresh olive oil. With a view of the see, it is truly good experience.
It is in the Hotel Grand Koper. If you have a chance to stay there, I would recommend it, as they cater for vegans for breakfast. They have a small selection of vegan pastry, fresh veggies, olives, amazing homemade bread, smoothies, and even bubbly.

Cons: Probably not the cheapest in the city

Pizza Vegan2 for me is still the pizza in Koper. To die for chocolate vegan cake. Vegan croissants.

The cheese of the "vegan 1" pizza had a very intense and stale flavour, and there was a lot of it on the pizza, which was a bit of a heavy taste to finish the pizza.. The sausage on top was kinda tasty though! (Would not recommend this one for someone who doesn't eat vegan cheese a lot)

Caprizza is part of the Grand Koper hotel, with outdoor seating looking out onto the harbour. They have two vegan pizzas and two vegan desserts, all clearly labelled on the menu. We had both pizzas and they were really delicious! One is topped with vegan sausage, lots of vegan cheese, and salad, the other with roasted courgettes, tomatoes and olives (no cheese but some vegan cream so is still very rich). Both pizzas were 12.90€ each. Would definitely go back!

Best vegan pizza I’ve ever had! - Edit
This indoor/outdoor pizzeria was a HUGE HIT for my partner and I. I ordered the Veganska 1 - Tomato sauce, vegan home-made mozzarella, home-made vegan sausage, and mixed greens. The portion size was perfect and I even ordered a second pizza to share with my non-veg partner (who loved it). This is honestly the best pizza I have had, especially with the house-made sausage and house-made mozzarella. 10/10 would recommend to any and all traveling to Koper! The food, the service, and the views are just impeccable!
