Delicious vegan choices Available - Edit
It was my first time eating at this restaurant. The vegan menu is a good size with a nice variety of dishes. Portions are massive in my opinion(So if you like big plates, definitely check this place out). I had the vegan enchiladas with potato,vegan cheese and guacamole and it was well balanced and flavorful. If you are in the Carmichael area and looking for a good Mexican restaurant with vegan choices, definitely would recommend giving this place a visit.

This is my second time here and it's delicious again. I had the first item, Enchiladas De Champinones. "Two enchiladas filled with mushrooms, spinach & caramelized onion, covered with our delicious Vegan enchilada sauce."

Great Vegan Mexican Food - Edit
I can’t remember the last time I had vegan enchiladas at a restaurant, so I’m so happy I went to Cantina Azteca! I got the Enchiladas De Papa and they were so good! Definitely want to go back to try their Mole and Burrito as well!

Menu has vegan section! - Edit
I love when I don’t have to ask the staff or modify existing items to make them vegan…I just appreciate so much when there are clearly marked vegan item on the menu. I got the mushroom enchiladas and they were excellent! Service was friendly and quick! There were no vegan options on the dessert menu though…womp womp lol.

Authentic Mexican food with vegan menu - Edit
Good sized vegan menu with a variety of options. I had my meal delivered but it was still ready very quickly and geld up well for travel. They are pretty stingy with the vegan cheese and I really wish they had a sour cream option but overall very happy!

Tasty but would love more than 2 vegan choices - Edit
Had the vegan enchiladas. I asked them to add vegan cheese. Rice and beans also vegan. My husband and brother in law tried their non vegan dishes. They said it was good but complained it wasn’t spicy. I asked about a separate vegan menu and there are only 2 items. Waiter told me that they are working on offering more vegan options.

Love Azteca Cantina! - Edit
Love going to this place! It is super good and they offer a full vegan menu but most things can be transformed into Veg or Vegan. I always get the Cheese Enchiladas! I’m vegetarian

No vegan menu on Sunday - Edit
Was not willing to bring out the vegan menu because that was on their “dinner” menu. Mind you we ate here 2 Saturday’s ago at the exact same time and they had no problem with it. Normally they have great vegan food.

If I could rate this place 5 stars I would! - Edit
I loved this place!! They have a menu with one full page of vegan options!! Which was great and unusual. Service was fast and inexpensive. I got the spinach and potato tacos... omg ... delicious! Hot, fresh, and just dang GOOD. My husband ate alongside me- and he is not vegan. We have trouble finding places for both of us- but not here! Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other vegan options!
