Just what I needed - Edit
I stopped here after exploring yoyogi park and harajuku. I ordered the cinnamon sugar apple and it came precut. It was very good. Apple was super crisp and the flavor was amazing. However, a very popular place, so there was a long line.

Fantastic find - Edit
Accidentally stubbles upon this candy Apple store while walking in Harajuku. It was across the street from the ASICS store and the Golds Gym. You can order your candy apples either pre-cut or still whole wrapped in wax or parchment paper. Would definitely recommend trying out if you get the chance.
