Nice vegan breakfast sandwich - Edit
A couple of different vegan options - just egg sandwich as well as a seasonal eggplant sandwich (fall 2023). Pretty reasonable price - I got an iced coffee with almond milk, a breakfast sandwich and a bottle of water for $11.

Delish Breakfast Sandwich + Drinks - Edit
Vegan breakfast sandwich on a pretzel-y/brioche loaf bun with daiya cheddar cheese, just egg, and a beyond breakfast sausage patty. They always warm it up for you. Always hits the spot. Also tried iced matcha latte with oat milk and strawberry Dragon fruit Refresher. Absolutely delicious.
