Pizza is pizza, but sometimes you are lucky to encounter a restaurant that respect their profession and decide to take their craftmanship all the way to the top. Piccolina is one of those.
Read moreWhat makes their pizzas extraordinary is in my humble opinion their focus on the ingredients. Everything was fresh and tasteful but what really made the difference was the fact that there wasn't any oil/fat in the pizza. This allowed the taste of the vegetables to really come through 🚀
You can easily eat two pizzas without feeling heavy afterwards 😀
The service was fast and the staff accommodating and friendly.
I highly recommend it.

Edit: I just went there again and I feel like they've changed their pizza recipe. The crust was too crusty and the topping (at least the combination of mushrooms and artichokes) was too moist/mushy. It is still a nice place, but it'll probably be a bit before I go back.

They have a separate vegan menu with a bunch of pizzas and two focaccias. I tried the pizza Sebastian. I can’t remember to have had potatoes on a pizza before, but it’s a genuine hack. Their vegan cheese melts nicely and tastes good. Liked it a lot. The pizza was nicely done and the ingredients seemed fresh.

Delicious, big vegan pizzas in different styles ranging from more greens to more greasy, and the vegan cheese is great. Arugula, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, red onions, truffle oil, vegan salami. However if you are gluten-free, this place won't work, as their gluten-free base contains egg.

we went for lunch at 3pm, and had a really nice pizzas. We got the vegetariana and the cipollona (sliced potato and onion). They were really nice.
