I'm an outer-towner and I was recommended this spot for the atmosphere and service; that was great. However, for me the food was real winner. I had the Picadillo Vegano and now I want to try other items.

We went here before we had a train to catch from Miami Brightline Station.

The options are few, but good. The Mushroom Ropa Vieja is very good and very filling.
The food is also served very quickly! This was important for us, so we did not miss our train.

Iconic Cuban Venue and Restaurant - Edit
Cafe La Trova is one of the top places to hear live Cuban music in Miami (if not the top), and has really solid vegan options. Calle Ocho/Little Havana is really tough for vegans, especially if you want to experience what the neighborhood is known for, Cuban food and music. Cocktails were really delicious and service was great. Tip- you can get a great view of the music sitting at the bar and still get the whole food menu.
