Very good vegan breakfast - Edit
Unfortunately the scramble tofu is no longer on the menu, but there are 4 vegan breakfast to choose from, both savory and sweet, plus some sandwiches. We had the classic one with bread and avocado, with an extra portion of it. Very good!
Read moreFinally, I found a good vegan breakfast in Valparaíso. There are actually several options, sweet and salty (see menu). I had the scramble tofu, which I believe is made with Silken tofu instead of a fresh one, so it is soft and (hopefully) always available. Nice place, busy corner, the day we went there was a musician playing some bossa nova, lovely!

Superb scrambled tofu - Edit
Not usually a big fan of scrambled tofu but this was superb! Slow cooked, lightly caramelised onions, tomato’s and fresh herbs in the mix. Was gorgeous.

I had the vegetable curry with quinoa and it was the best thing I've eaten in two weeks in South America (and I've had much fancier). Strongly recommend.
