their reputation precedes them, and they don't disappoint!! went on a lazy Sunday and everything tasted delicious. we got the shiitake hot fried chickn sandwich w shiitake pulled pork poutine, and the smashed salmn burger w truffle parm fries. definitely a vegan staple in Montreal :)

I got the Cheeze burger without the cheese lol and with the house patty- Not the best burger I ever had but super good!! Kind of like a thin smash burger. A little messy as it falls apart more easily but really yummy. Also tried a bit of the spicy chicken burger and it was great!! Love that there's lots of unique toppings for the burgers too (even if I'm boring). I got a side of poutine which was yummy, though I wish it had curds instead of regular vegan cheese. I didn't order the onion rings but they also looked really good. The interior was just basic causal burger joint.

We had the galette maison (house patty) instead of Impossible. It’s a burger joint, so it’s going to be what you’d expect. I chose poutine as a side, instead of regular fries (the gravy was too salty for my taste, and the cheesy topping was like shredded Daiya, rather than curds). The decor was eclectic, and the neighborhood was a bit touristy.

I think it's my third time eating from that place. I love the selection of different burgers, there's something for all tastes, and none of them ever disappointed (I really need to try the chikun burger next time!). It's a bit expensive, but the sides portion are generous.

This time I had the Truffle Burger (it was so good, the mushroom had a perfect chewy texture!) and Ceasar salad side (I think I take this every time, it's so good!). My partner had the Mamma Mia burger (was good but made the bread a bit soggy) with the poutine side (pretty good, but I wish the cheeze had more of a traditional squick-squick texture).

I picked the old school burger with vegan bacon, caramelized onions, cheeze, lettuce and tomatoes with waffle fries with their homemade lentil patties and requested the fiancé sauce rather than garlic sauce and bbq sauce. It was SO GOOD!

Incredible pulled "pork" burger - Edit
I've been three times and tasted three burgers : the old school, the sandwich poul-et pané and the pulled "pork" burger. The first two are very good but they're nothing compared to the pulled "pork" one. It's just SO GOOD. The pork is made of mushroom, and there is a sauce + shredded red cabbage and the mix is divine. I think it's one of my favorite burger that I've ever tasted.

The atmosphere and the food are both top tier, truly a gold standard in my opinion. First time trying vegan poutine and it was amazing!! Next time I’m in Montreal I will definitely be back!

I came here on my last day in Montreal. I had the mamma Mia burger and a side kale salad; it was so good! My partner had the buffalo chicken burger and hers was really good too. We shared the chocolate chip cookie for dessert and it was also a 10/10. I would definitely come back when I’m in Montreal next.

We ordered the (gluten-free) fiancé burger and the kale caesar salad. It took ages for the food to arrive. The burger and fries were cold, the salad was boring. We expected better because of the many 5-star ratings on Happy Cow, but unfortunately it was disappointing.
