Twice now I've been looking for that elusive vegan banh mi stall I spotted a while back, but to no avail. Luckily I keep finding other vegan eateries and happily put them on Google Maps and HappyCow.

It's open everyday day from 6am until she runs out of the one dish she sells for take away only.
Her vegan bun mi xao chay is only 15.000.
