Great food, nice people, quiet area away from the main tourist restaurants on the front. Didn’t need to book in January, but is a small place so book when it’s busier.

The vegan place to eat in when in South of Tenerife - Edit
This is NOT an ordinary restaurant, This is a family run food heaven with a lot of LOVE and attention to details. I have eaten there hundreds of times since 2015 and the food and service are always very enjoyable. We spent Holidays and Birthdays here and all the family and all my friends have a lot of very positive memories from this lovely gem of restaurant. We really feel at home here. -Highly recommended, even if you are not normally plant based and just want to eat healthy for one day.

Visited yesterday to check out opening hours and book for today. Left with some cinnamon buns to go - yummy. Arrived today at 1pm, small but lovely choice of starters, mains and desserts. Between us tried the bao buns and goyoza for starters followed by Crespella and Crepe. Tempted by the home made ice cream but will save that for another day. Everything well-presented and very tasty - so pleased to find a fully vegan restaurant as have been struggling to eat out on this holiday. Have booked again for a few days' time. Would definitely recommend.

We visited BuenaVida Vegan whilst staying in Los Cristianos, we are so glad to have found this gem whilst on holiday! The food was outstanding, all four of us ordered something different from the menu, and we all thought we had the best dish! I had spaghetti, and the flavours were incredible, finished with tiramisu, which was the best I've ever had. The food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Lovely staff and a light, airy seating area. Thank you, it was fabulous, and we will return next time we are in Tenerife. :)

Inside Fanabe Shopping center, this little and nice restaurant has given us best lunch in our Tenerife holidays. As starters we had delicious Pan Bao, filled with Glazed Tempeh, Lettuce, Red Cabbage, Carrot served with Avocado Sauce and toasted Sesame Seeds, then amazing Gyozas with a filling of lentils, vegetables and marinated portobello mushrooms, served with soy sauce, ginger and sesame. Our main dished were Spaghetti Vietnam with tofu, vegetables, champiñones and edamame served with Vietnam sauce (soybean, ginger and sesame) and Yellow Burger (Lentil Burger, Lettuce, Tomato, Pear, Caramelized Onion, Green 'Cheese', Maple Mayonnaise Sauce, Turmeric Yellow Bread): both very pleasant. At the end we shared a yummy Tiramisu. Nice staff and high quality food. Reservation adviced (easy with WhatsApp), 5 stars experience.

Read moreThey are open Thursday to Monday from 1pm - 4pm but you can book a table via WhatsApp which is really quick and convenient. (I’ve read other reviews suggesting the opening times are unreliable, however this is not what we have found, they are closed Tuesday and Wednesday but every time I’ve contacted them I’ve got a table secured)
My wife and I came here for lunch on our first day and have been in total 5 times out of the 10 days we’ve been here, the menu is fairly small but that’s in my opinion a good thing, the staff don’t have so many dishes to prepare so the quality is higher, I’m told everything is home made and I can believe it, we haven’t had a bad meal here.
I have tried their “Vietnam” dish which is tofu with Soba spaghetti and also the burger with their own version of fake bacon, both were so good I had them twice!
They also do different deserts, home made cinnamon swirls and to my surprise homemade Vegan Tiramisu - something I haven’t been able to eat since 2017, it was delicious.
Overall a huge Thankyou to BuenaVida Vegan for offering such quality with a friendly service, keep doing what you do best as no where even comes close!

Although it‘s true, that the opening hours a unreliable and we couldn‘t go there the first time we tried, trying a second time was very worth it! We had an awesome lunch there, the food was amazing - definitely a must visit when in Tenerife!

But i expected more.. the crepe was very tasteful but the other options were not that good. Credits for the full vegan place but thats it. The gyoza and bao buns were not so delicious as it seemed to be. The gnocchi was full of tasteless cheese. The crepe with pesto and vegan mozzarella was very delicious instead.

Fab little place located 10mins or so from the beach. Nice to be able to have anything off the menu as finding vegan food while in Tenerife has been a bit tricky. Waitress was really lovely and the food was delicious!! We had bao buns for starter and the yellow burger and beyond special burger. Would recommend to all vegans/veggies stopping in Adeje.

Read moreThis place is all-vegan and run by an Italian couple. The only adjective to describe them is lovely. And the cuisine is excellent, I've eaten almost everything on the menu and was excited every time. They offer a nice variety from burgers to pasta dishes, Asian fusion cuisine local dishes, and desserts. It's located on the upper floor of a seemingly abandoned shopping mall, you'll experience a very quiet atmosphere, inside and outside at the same time.
