It is not often when something goes wrong dealing with a restaurant or food service that it allows you to meet an employee who truly cares about making things right and takes pride in his job and craft. My wife and I had an unfortunate incident regarding "lactose free" ice cream (You know who this is Kyle) and Bruster's. Through this experience we had a chance to meet Kyle, and he turned a bad experience into a funny family story that we will tell for years to come as we eat our favorite Bruster's Ice Cream. My wife has been talking about it nonstop to family and friends. Thanks again for turning that around all though I am sad now I don't get to go down there daily for my ice cream while she hopes she gets hers!
They have a rotation of vegan flavors. My boy loves getting a pup cup. I was told the pup cup is also made with their oat milk vanilla! Thought that was neat, much better for my boy's digestion. Outdoor seating with misters.
We didn’t realize that there is no indoor seating. When you arrive you can either walk up to the window and order with a few covered benches to sit at or go through the drive thru. The ice cream is oat milk based and is super creamy and delicious. Would give 5 stars if they would ditch the dairy and go vegan. My omnivore father in law said it tasted just like dairy and he couldn’t tell the difference!
My family loves Bruster's! Their ice cream and sorbets are amazing. They offer a free baby cone for little ones. Good rewards program and they're always giving out $1 off coupons.
I went to Bruster’s while in AZ for a few days and was so excited about trying their nondairy mint chocolate chip that was on their online and drive-thru menus. When I got there though, they didn’t have any. They offered a nondairy peanut butter Oreo. It was pretty good and definitely not something I would’ve tried otherwise. I’ll get it again when I go back. The service was great too.

Yummy! - Edit
There are two dairy-free options each day and I've never had a bad one. Every flavor is made fresh each day and flavors change regularly.
