Best pasta in Minnesota - Edit
The pasta at Broders' Pasta Bar far exceeds expectations, even for a place that boasts fresh made pasta and ingredients, which you expect to be great. But the pasta here is beyond great; it is hands down the best pasta I've had in Minnesota.

Broder’s is really good! they have two vegan options on the menu (labeled with V ), and at least one on their seasonal menu. the pasta is thick and chewier than traditional but I really enjoy it! also they give a complimentary bread basket and all 3 options are vegan!

Delicious, comfy spot - Edit
Spur of the moment dinner date with partner at the restaurant, turns out no reservations allowed anyway! Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable regarding the dishes, wait time for food was minute, and it was honestly some of the best Italian I’ve had in a while. Would love to see some more vegan options in the future, but for now, an excellent spot for those in or visiting Minneapolis!
