Bustling pastry place! - Edit
On a Sunday lunchtime this place was bustling, it had a very nice atmosphere. They had already sold out of two types of pastry. The pistachio one is delicious with lots of filling, it cost £5.65. Staff are friendly and efficient, would visit here to try the ice cream.

HUGE - Edit
After seeing this place all over my FYP I definitely had to try it before attending Vegan Camp Out. LOVED the experience. The employees were super kind (even let us use the toilet before ordering), place was clean and cozy and the pastries looked divine. I got the most classic one; an icecrone with pistachio soft serve (£7.50) and pistachio crunch ( 1.5£). Happy to report that it was worth every penny. The pistachio soft serve is creamy, though you can tell that it has a more watery base. I don’t mind that as you get a huge portion so if it were any heavier you wouldn’t be able to finish it, and nut butter makes it very creamy. But the highlight of the treat is the croissant. It was PERFECT and I wish I’d purchased some to-go pastries. If you aren’t a soft serve person I can still really recommend the spot. Don’t skip it!

Cons: Soft serve itself might not be nice for non-vegans

lovvvvved the pistachio! - Edit
no 5 Stars because the bakery isn’t fully vegan but definitely 5 Stars for the ice-cream. Ohhh this was really really good. The Pistachio icecream really hit the spot. Strawberry tasted really good as well but since pistachio is a lil harder to get veganized - come for Pistachio! The croissant cone is of course a cherry on top.

Yum! - Edit
Such a cute little place. This local specialty cafe makes icecrones and we are here for it. I deeply enjoyed the ice cream flavors (strawberry and pistachio) and the pastry was tasty as well. Creamy, not too sweet, and melts perfectly and consistently (not too fast like water based ice creams/sorbets). A fun experience. We didn’t get toppings because they’re £1 each and were on a budget, but all the same, it was delicious.
Read more*the ice cream is the best part.🍦If you get there during the week and they don’t make the cone, I hope they can still serve the ice cream. The cone is a cool concept, but it’s not too big of a miss.
Note: Outside seating is limited.

Mouth watering - Edit
British Patagonia offers a delightful and innovative treat with their vegan ice cream served in a vegan croissant. The combination is both unique and delicious, making it a perfect summery indulgence. The vegan ice cream is creamy and flavorful, complementing the flaky and buttery croissant perfectly. Despite the slightly steep price of £9.50, the quality and creativity of the offering make it worth trying. While they have a wide range of other vegan goods, this particular treat stands out as a must-try.

Disappointed - Edit
Traveled all the way from the US, extremely excited to have the ice cream crone. After walking a mile (in the heat) from our air bnb literally just to try this, was told they aren’t available during the week, only on weekends. What a bummer and a waste of time and transport money back, empty handed.

OBSESSED! 🇦🇷🇬🇧 5 stars!! - Edit
FIVE STARS! I couldn’t visit without trying British Patagonia after years of eyeing it online. Really amazing vegan Argentinian pastries - got the Ferrero rocher croissant & the plain - both amazing. Vegan Breakfast sandwich was fantastic and so was the yogurt bowl. I got a soy cortado that was everything I’ve ever wanted.

The ice crone is life changing 🥐 🍦 - Edit
I got the ice crone with pistachio ice cream with hazelnut crunch, and it was divine! It’s £7.50, plus £1.50 for toppings - it’s a bit pricey but it’s enormous and incredibly delicious.

I did see a sign saying it was only available on certain days and times, but I’m sorry to say I was too fixated on getting the ice crone to notice the specifics! I got mine on a Saturday at 3pm. I hope you get to enjoy it too soon!

Nice place to have vegan desserts - Edit
They had quite a few choices for vegan bun/croissant type of desserts. Loved that there were more interesting ones with filling inside. Though these ones were very filling. Matcha latte was good but not perfect. Really love the vibe of the place

British Patagonia - Edit
Absolutely delicious vegan cinnamon roll! The chocolate croissant was good as well, but not nearly as memorable as the cinnamon roll. They were mostly sold out of the popular vegan items when I arrived, so I’ll be back to try other things. Bonus, is that they offered half off the baked goods at the end of the night.

Go for the ice cream - Edit
I went for the pistachio ice cream and croissant cone, though decided at the last minute to get it on a Ferrero rocher pastry instead. If you can, I'd suggest eating it inside as it was a bit messy trying to eat it as a takeaway.
Read moreThe staff were great, but be aware that though they have great vegan pastries, don't make the same rushed mistake that I did and think the savoury items are also all vegan! They had their brunch menu on a blackboard behind the counter, vegan options were marked with a VG and in amongst the meat options, and it was really busy and I made a quick choice in accidentally ordered (and had a bit of) a dish with dairy cheese and bacon. #Veganuary

We went for the Instagram croissant ice-cream, long cue - sonics worked. It was quite a long wait. The ice-cream and croissant was noce, but not excellent. Went un the afternoon so the pasty had probably been out a while. And very expensive for what ut is. £7.50 without the toppings!
