Große Auswahl! - Edit
Dieses Restaurant bleibt mir noch lange in Erinnerung! Man kann selber wählen und sich sein Gericht zusammen stellen und somit auch die Portionsgröße. Es gibt drei unterschiedliche vegane Suppen, aus denen man wählen kann. Man kann sich eine gebratene Bowl machen lassen. Anschließend kann man je nach Geschmack noch mit verschiedenen Toppings nachwürzen.

I am absoluty in love with this concept. You pay by weight and create your own ramen dish. They have ramen, udon, rice cakes, a variety of veggies and a ton of tofu variations as well as vegan chicken. There are vegan options for the broth and you can decide the spice level.

Good soup, so many options - Edit
I was happy to see this place open up as, imo, the other ramen options in town are quite limited and always the same, therefore a bit boring after a while. There are many interesting ingredients offered here, with all vegan options clearly labeled. Has nice choice of different proteins, which are not limited to standard tofu. The broths I've tried so far were good, too. Only con is that the price can rack up quite fast and you cannot really check it before paying.

Sehr Preiswert, sehr Lecker - super Konzept - Edit
Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, die Zutaten sind sehr schön vorbereitet, man kann sich wirklich austoben! Auch ohne große Erfahrung schmecken die selbst erstellten Ramen sehr gut!
Read moreDie nicht veganen Optionen sind im Kühlschrank ganz unten angeordnet, sodass es unmöglich ist, dass diese in die Behältnisse veganer Zutaten fallen.
Die veganen Brühen sind allesamt unfassbar tief und geschmackvoll, was ich so selten erlebt habe!
Auch gibt es gratis Toppings wie Erdnüsse, Sesam, Frühlingszwiebeln oder auch Chiliöl, Sojasauce etc.
Preis Leistung ist auch unfassbar gut!
