Specialty Coffee Available with Vegan Brownie - Edit
Here I had a Colombian specialty coffee made in the V60. The experience was the best possible, as the microlot I tried was really spectacular. There was a vegan brownie option, which was also very tasty and paired well with the coffee. The waitress was super nice and friendly and attended to me very well. Here's how it works: you place your order and pay at the till, and they give you your coffee wherever you're sitting. He communicated very well in English, as it is customary in Brussels as a whole. The place has several tables to sit at. The only downside was the very high price of the V60 method with this microlot, which I only realized when I paid.

disappointed - Edit
Vegan Brioche 5,50€
Read moreMacaron, Colombia drink 9,50€
Very very crowded at around 3, luckily got the only free table.
The brownie and the brioche were the only food options. The latter was dry and had no filling which I thought it would have.
I tried a specialty coffee. Beforehand I got a kind explanation and was very excited, but after receiving it after 15 minutes I was disappointed. It tasted like a fruity, bitter tea but really not enjoyable. You get 2 full cups, as a feedback I'd say make it cheaper and serve less of it.
I couldn't finish either of the products.

good, but pricey pastries - Edit
Nice café when in that area. Nice to sit outside, but can be crowded and noisy because of the traffic. Ask for vegan pastries.

Café was alright, but a little too bitter for my taste.

Very nice barista who gladly remade my latte when I was doubting if it was oat milk. Very accommodating! Vegan pastries available.

Coffee paraphernalia - Edit
This is a coffee place right next to the fine arts museum. There is a lot of paraphernalia including a rack of 50ml falcon tubes (anyone who has worked in a biology lab will understand) which makes for interesting decor.
Read moreThe coffee itself is excellent. In terms of vegan options, they have a few vegan cakes. We had the chocolate hazelnut brioche and chocolate brownie, both of such were very good.
