I order the tiramisu French toast which was delicious! And a cappuccino.
Even though the french toast was really nice, I felt like it was a tiny bit on the expensive side. I feel like a chocolate croissant would have given me almost the same satisfaction for 1/4 of the price BUT it was good and indulgent and I'm all for the ethics of the place. Would come back!!

Great all-vegan joint - Edit
This place was a short walk from my stay so I visited twice. There's take-out pastries & coffee, and sit-down meal service all day long, with varying selections depending on time of day, from which my schedule unfortunately limited my selections. Their kitchen is very small though so it makes sense.
Read moreMy first visit I got the pumpkin/tofu curry, which feature a green coconut curry, smoky smoky tofu, and roasted pumpkin. I forgot to say NO CILANTRO and by chance it didn't come with any, even though it says so on the menu. A lucky break for me.
My second visit I ordered off the "menu of the day", which was the same as the prior day, so I'm not sure how often they actually change it. Anyhow, I ordered dhal with rice, and unfortunately this did have cilantro even though the menu doesn't say so. My luck balanced out from the day before. I managed to pick out every single piece of that devil weed and enjoyed one of the tastiest dhals I have had in a long time. Someday I will learn to just always say NO CILANTRO.
I also ordered the sourdough toast with avocado, arugula, and scrambled tofu off the brunch menu. It was messy but really tasty.
Portions were just right. I could have skipped the sourdough toast for my second meal but it was not too filling on top of the dhal.
The owner has a sister restaurant called Quinoa a few blocks away featuring sandwiches and bowls. Be sure to check out both places!

I had the homemade lemonade which tasted fresh , ie I could taste the sharpness of the lemon. There was some syrup at the bottom which when mixed reduced the sharpness but avoided becoming too sweet.

Stumbled upon botantic and were so happy we did! We got the daily menu - my husband ordered the cannelloni and I got the pumpkin curry. I got the salad option which was a zucchini salad and my husband got the soup which was the lentil. I can’t describe the flavors - SO good. The smoked tofu in the pumpkin curry was unreal, the spinach cannelloni with mushrooms was truly so good I couldn’t stop eating my husbands dish. Go!!

Brunch prévu chez Botànic avant notre visite du parc Guëll. Les jus furent délicieux ! Nous avons ensuite prix l’avocado toast : simple mais bien exécuté, avec un croissant salé : très gourmand, ainsi que le tiramisu façon french toast : très sympa si vous aimez la coco (dans la chantilly) ainsi que le café. Accueil très sympathique. On reviendra pour sûr tester la carte du midi !

We enjoyed 2 selections from the menu del dia. Rigatoni with cashew sauce. And Green curry with basmati rice. The latter was on the spicy side but both were enjoyable.
