Good food but prepared to wait ages

There are two vegan options in the menu: fries and tempeh. The tempeh and the ambiance is very nice, the staff is friendly but oh my - it took an hour to make potatoes and serve pre-marinated tempeh, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. We came here twice and both times it was so long. We won’t come again because it’s too much with a child mosquitos but there are not many vegan dining options in Gloria…
