Great food and lovely owner - Edit
Biola is a vegan cafe super close to Yamato station, which is very handy as per there are basically no vegan options in this area! I had a pomegranate Soda and the falafel bento, both were delicious! Plus the owner is vegan! In Japan vegan cafes are usually run by people who are interested in vegan food, but are not actually vegan, so it’s great to find a place whose owner is actually vegan ❤️ the portions are indeed a little small, but the food quality is great!

Tasty and vegan - Edit
The woman running Biola was very kind and cheery and she spoke more English than most of the servers I’ve encountered in restaurants in this area. There was an English menu and many tasty and healthy vegan foods to choose from. The restaurant was only big enough for about 4 people to dine in but they do take-out as well. Portions are small and I have a big appetite, so after I ate a soup and bento box I ordered a couple more sides.

Delicious & healthy - Edit
I finally got a chance to check this place out and I’m glad I did. I went with the omakase bento, which came with fermented rice, karaage, and three side dishes. The bento looks small but is surprisingly volumy, and every bite was delicious. Plus, the owner was so friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to coming again soon!
