unprofessional

Cedric who’s part of the store replied to my review of a not pleasant visit and called me psychotic. How he responds to others is out of line, but he really went for it with me. Very odd and also legally that’s deformation and I could get him for that, legally.

Not worth going back

Very reliant on soy and almond products. There’s a refrigerated section for vegan meat and dairy, all of which are made from soy and almond. I’m not against these ingredients, but having a limited diet is unhealthy.

There are vegan cleaning supplies and toothpaste, but I couldn’t find any paper products such as recycled paper towels. Not practical.

I’ve been speaking French for 6 years but the cashier was still so rude to me. I purchased far more food than other customers and asked for a bag, in French, but she ignored the question and told me the total price. After I paid, she began scanning the next customer’s items, while I had 52€ of food just laying on the counter. Am I expected to scoop it all in my arms and walk two blocks? So I asked her again, and she told me 25€. I asked her to repeat, because no way I heard a bag cost 25 euros. But she said 25 again. Finally another cashier handed her a paper bag, which she handed to me with a look of impatience.

Not worth going back.

Pros: Clear labeling on vegan products , Many products are French/local

Cons: Nearly all substitutes are soy- or almond-based , Doesn’t have regular items like paper towels, Staff are inconsiderate of foreigners

Great organic store

Nice place for shopping, lots of choice and some things aren't too expensive. Other things are super expensive.
I come here every week, great for our veggie needs. It does sell meat and fish, but that doesn't bother me. It has more and more vegan produce (including cheeses). It only seems to sell one veggie cheese (no rennet).
Be warned i bought veg here a few weeks ago but it was full of worms, I guess when we go organic there is risk :)

Pros: Great choices

Cons: Can be expensive

a pleasant shop

Very popular biocoop and they have a competitive price for dried foods like cereals, beans and dried fruits.

I love the feeling of the shop.

Great Bottles Of Iced Tea.

This place is cute & has everything I needed while in Paris. I even took back to NY with me, a cute tote bag for the memories. I brought it with me EVERYTIME I shopped out there for my groceries.
