Thank god - Edit
As a non-Japanese reader, in regular supermarkets I’m going from aisle to aisle google image translating ingredient lists on the packages of any products that look like they might be vegan (they usually aren’t 😜). So it was a relief to come here and find that they clearly mark things as vegan, and that they have a decent selection of vegan goods. It is pricey on average because a lot of stuff is imported, but there are also some stuff at decent prices (like good vegan instant noodles for 200 yen). I got some almond yogurt and a couple really good cookies too. It helps to know what you can find at regular stores so you know what to splurge on here.

Great for stocking up - Edit
A welcome relief in Tokyo.
Read moreThis place has large amounts of vegan stuff that you can't find anywhere in Tokyo: ice cream, biscuits, burgers. Also heaps of health foods and gluten-free etc. Most things are labeled in English the staff understand the concept of vegan.
Expensive but worth it given how hard it is to find vegan food when you don't speak Japanese.
Pros: Tons of vegan food to bring home
Cons: Expensive
