Excellent Vegan Bibimbap - Edit
I love going to the MUT and this Korean fast-food restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. My bibimbap was a generous portion with lots of veggie choices and tofu. Be sure to add the kimchi (it’s a little extra for the side portion but worth it). I will definitely come here again.

Read moreThe only vegan protein option is tofu but it's very good. I chose a bunch of different veggies, tofu, rice & teriyaki and spicy sauce and it was sooo good I forgot to take a picture before I had already finished it all.
The portion is huge as well, especially if you load up on the veggies.

Tenían gran variedad de verduras para agregar al bibimpap y tofu como proteina, la verdad no estaba mal, de salsa la de sesamo era vegana y escogí soja también, quede bastante satisfecha pero aun así no considero que por el precio/calidad haya valido mucho la pena porque hay lugares que el mismo plato sabe mejor por ese precio, el lugar bonito nuestra mesa no estaba muy limpia y no se acercaron a limpiarla pero como entregan en bandeja no fue problema, quizás fue también porque fuimos tipo 7 y ya cuando terminamos de comer estaban cerrando. Diría en resumen que rico, un pooco caro quizás, 1 o 2 opciones veganas, lindo local, atención amena y porción contundente.

Puedes elegir muchísimos toppings ya que tienen una barra donde el 90% de las opciones son vegetales preparados de distintas maneras. Elegí el arroz morado que estaba delicioso y le puse muchísimas verduras. Los mandu riquísimos y también tienen potecitos de kimchi vegano. Recomiendo pedir doble salsa gochujang!
