I've only had B&B at VegFest events and have only been able to try their vegan hotdogs so I was stoked when we were in the area of the restaurant!
Read moreEverything is made fresh and is so, so, so delicious! The crunch wrap and the buffalo chic sandwich were amazing. The blueberry pop-tart was also very good and not dry at all.

Absolutely incredible! As a vegan, it’s not always easy to find places that get it right but Basil & Bunny knocked it out of the park. Every bite was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful combinations that made the whole meal memorable. The staff were just as amazing friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone vegan or not!

Basil & Bunny sets the bar pretty darn high for vegan eateries! Everything we have had here has been excellent. We have brought my non-vegan friends who agree as well. The staff is always friendly and inviting and the food just delicious! Grateful for this kind of creative approach to vegan food in a beautiful space as well.

Basil & Bunny is a super cute cafe with mouthwatering burgers, bowls, and salads in a very charming coastal town, Bristol, RI.
Read moreWe ordered the Hunny Crispy Chicky and Avocado Greens salads. Both super flavorful and delicious! I absolutely loved the Crispy Chicky Seitan strips! So crispy and the seitan was light and moist! The Hunny dressing IS MY NEW OBSESSION... soo good, I recommend ordering extra.
Paired with our salad, we enjoyed local kombuchas from Fieldstone Kombucha Co Next time we can't wait to try the burgers and sweet treats from foglia's pastry chef Piper.
Also in the same plaza is Pivitol Brewing company. And near Colt State Park is 6 pack brewing. We loved that both breweries are pup friendly indoors and vegan friendly with exception to a couple with lactose.

The variety of delicious options leads to incredibly hard decisions when deciding what to choose, but you can’t go wrong! Some favorites include the bunny bacon ranch burger, backyard bbq chicky sandwich, the avo greens wrap, and the chimichurri bowl. And such a beautiful, welcoming place w/ lovely decor and a relaxing ambience 😊 Lastly, the cashew nacho cheeze?! Out of this world.

We traveled from another state to visit Basil and Bunny and it was so worth it!! We each ordered a “smashed” burger - one traditional with cheeze and the other a jalapeño burger - and both with a side of fries. The burgers were AMAZING and perfectly prepared. The chef and owner clearly put a great deal of work into this amazing menu. The fries were literally the very best I have ever tasted. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful which was very pleasant although we would have loved it even without the beautiful decor because the food was that good. Finally the waitstaff and chef could not have been nicer. Your meal is served at your table and the owner checked on us during our meal. We cannot wait to return with all our vegan friends!

Thrilled to finally visit their mortar and stone location! First off, the decor and vibe inside is unmatched - it’s cozy and clean and completely takes you away from the outside world. Food was great (which was expected ;)) and the service impeccable - the staff are probably the nicest people on earth.

I’ve been eating Basil & Bunny food since the early days of their food truck. Their homemade seitan chicken is the best faux chicken I’ve ever tasted. The cheeze sauce on their Cheezy Fries is also amazing. And their white BBQ sauce is SO good.

We went to the new location at 500 Wood St in Bristol. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, professional, and fast. The food was excellent! We couldn’t be more excited to have this spectacular vegan restaurant close to home. Very much looking forward to become regulars. ❤️
