VERY vegan-friendly! - Edit
Charming tiny restaurant featuring creative Jamaican-Japanese cuisine! Vegan options are clearly indicated on the menu. You can get an affordable plate of food that includes salad, rice, and a choice of 3-5 tapas (depending on your appetite), and a tiny soy-chai. I believe the veg tapas options change daily. Vegetarians and vegans need not be apprehensive of visiting this omni restaurant, the owner's got you covered. Do note that there is only seating for about 10 people inside the restaurant.

AMAZING FOOD - Edit
I agree with LindseyElizabeth (below)! This is one of those places you want to give a five star review.
Read moreThe food is absolutely delicious, so flavourful, and colourfully presented!
The owner understands very well about veganism & vegetarianism.
The vegetarian/vegan lunches come with Jamaican beans & rice and a big salad. The menu changes daily, so you get to choose from a list of fritters, vegan quiche, tofu, seasonal vegetable dishes, and sometimes a soup or curry to build up the rest of your meal.
The lunch plate comes with a mini-chai or coffee too!
Take-out is available too so sometimes I get a lunch to go for a picnic at the nearby Minatomachi Riverplace.
The owner can also make vegan birthday cakes if ordered ahead of time.
Pros: Absolutely delicious!!!, Organic/local produce, Take-out (in eco-friendly containers-not plastic!)
Cons: Small (seats maybe 10)

Super delicious food! - Edit
Came here on our last day in Osaka and wish we could come earlier. This restaurant also serves meat so Happy Cow doesn't allow a five star review (which I understand), but it was some of my favourite vegan food that we ate in Japan! The owner is incredibly friendly, great English, knows very well what is and isn't vegan. She enjoys cooking vegan food from traditional Japanese ingredients, so you can try some very unique and delicious flavour combinations here. You can get set menus with a combination of vegan tapas, and everything was incredible. Her cakes were delicious too. I can't wait to come back here on my next trip to Japan!
