NOT VEGAN - Edit
Went there over the weekend, they said the ramen isn’t vegan because it is cooked in the same soup with egg. Take that as you please.
Read moreThey also said the two ramen at the bottom have fish and oyster sauce on the beansprouts so they are NOT VEGETARIAN.
I let them know they shouldn’t be labeled vegetarian if they are not vegetarian. They didn’t seem to care.

Nice Japanese food - Edit
They have a separate vegetarian menu with several dishes. I loved the vegetarian ramen with mushroom stock.
