One of the best places I've ever been to - Edit
Definitely is worthy to go during daily menu (Mon-Fri) there is several options which you can choose and almost every dish has vegan option. Very tasty. It's very nice restaurant with lot of tables but sometime is better to make reservation because it can be quite bussy.

Excelentísimo! - Edit
Todo en Baobab es de 10, cada mes vamos a Zaragoza y siempre vamos ahí a comer, por su calidad, su abundancia, su elaboración en los platos y la amabilidad y calidez del personal. De 10!

Great place! - Edit
I have been here many times, many seasons, and it is always great. They seem to have a knack for soups especially, the french onion in particular, but mostly everything else I've had here has been great.
Read moreI'm not sure why many people are saying it is expensive, for a mid-week, lunch time menu you can get a delicious 3 course meal, bread and drink for around €13 which is pretty cheap in my opinion. Perhaps the separate dishes are a little pricier, so go for the menu if you visit mid week!
Love this place, and will be back!
Pros: Food, Price, Environment and surroundings
Cons: Had one rude waiter once, but only once!

next to university campus, probably it's not the place you'll imagine for a vegetarian restaurant. super fancy and maybe a bit pricey, but honestly, it's 100% worthy.

Fancy veggie place - Edit
This restaurant will surprise you cos it's very fancy (not usual with veggie places) but full of people of all ages eating green! The menu is excellent but a bit pricy, which is not bad, giving greens a posh touch! The staff was friendly and very nice!
Read moreTables are a bit close to each other though and we had a very disturbing light that made us joke the entire meal cos it looked like we were in an interrogation room!
But overall it's a great place and food couldn't be better!!
Pros: Good food, Many vegan options , Nice staff
Cons: Pricy, No terrace

Not to be missed! - Edit
The food was excellent, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is modern and very spacious. Of all the restaurants in Zaragoza it is the best! If you are planning to have dinner in the evening, be there at 21:00 sharp, because it was already busy when we arrived at 21:10 on a Friday evening. Watch carefully when you are looking for this restaurant: the entrance to the restaurant looks like an office building door, until you see the name of the restaurant and the menu on the glass wall next to the door.

Modern vegetarian - Edit
This is a large and modern restaurant with dozen of tables. Menu with numerous options, most of them vegan and marked with "V" or for celiacs "C". Moderate price or inexpensive if you select a "light" menu. Quality of products.

Go Eat Something Fab - At Baobab - Edit
This restaurant fully deserves all the great reviews it gets. We ate there twice over a 3 day stay - the really good value lunch menu and the slightly more expensive evening menu. Food was consistantly delicious and a real treat for a veggie restaurant in Spain, or anywhere for that matter. Service was really friendly and efficient. The restaurant is fairly large and seemed very popular. Definitely recommended - you'll be glad you went!

Lovely - Edit
This vegetarian restaurant offers a very good experience. A range of vegan (and gluten free) options are clearly marked and tasty. We had a big salad with lots of fresh ingredients, delicious almond soup and a seitan grill with mushrooms done to perfection. We went back again and had another lovely meal, although they did put a hard-boiled egg in the salmorejo soup despite it being marked vegan and us saying that we are vegan. Also no vegan desserts marked. But in general good.

Cons: A little pricey, Not 100% vegan

Now, a different place, a diferent style - Edit
This restaurant is now in a new location, at number 10 of the same street (before at number 2), so there are some changes: it opens daily for both lunch and dinner, the place is bigger and more formal but beautiful as well, you can not reserve in advance (so it's better if you go early because it's always full), dishes are also more expensive, the menu changes depending on the season and has vegan and gluten free marks (there are still some dishes from the previous menu but also more different ones). Lunch menu at weekdays for 15 euros is a very good value (good quantity and preparation; it includes some options of the general menu). Organic wine and beer available.

my favorite restaurant in the world (seriously) - Edit
Spain is a difficult place to be a vegetarian and not know the language. They have trouble putting together a decent salad. But we chanced across Baobab while walking to the Zaragoza Convention Center (what luck).
