EXACTLY what I was looking for - Edit
Nice people, good organization, and super tasty food especially if you just want a quick bite on the go. They also have some seats tho. Only tiny downside is that it took me ages to find, but that’s hardly their fault. It is at stall 39 if anyone else is confused.

Amazing bao buns. So tasty. I’m the arcade, so a nice atmosphere. Would 100% recommend for when in central Cardiff.

I ordered Rice Bowl with Crispy beef which was alright. It was a bit sweet and felt needed some nice flavoured sause and alot more vegetables

Delicious Bao!! - Edit
All options are vegan here, tried to give 5* but happy cow won't let me, we had the Korean "Chicken" which was amazing. The staff were lovely too, little stall in the marketplace.

Small food stall at the Cardiff Market offering a range of vegan baos. The bao we had was super flavorful and delicious. Would highly recommend for a tasty snack.

Incredible Bao’s, bigger than you’d usually get in other places and there’s effort in the detail and taste. Had the spicy beef bao and chicken rice bowl, the soy chilli sauce was incredible!

Great Steamed Buns! - Edit
Went to Bao Selecta for the first time today. Only had one of the Buns, but it was delicious! Super fresh and cooked right there and then! Will definitely be going back for more!
